SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with a flat fee of $5.00 per order.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard delivery is estimated to take five business days from the shipping date.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • A claim will be filed with USPS for lost items. Pending their investigation, a refund/replacement will be issued. 

  • If an item arrives damaged, customers must email clear photos of the damage for evaluation. If the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for all products except custom orders.

Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returns

  • All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must send clear photos of the issue for evaluation. If deemed damaged or defective, a return or replacement will be offered at no additional cost to the customer.
