Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with a flat fee of $5.00 per order.

Lost or Damaged Items

A claim will be filed with USPS for lost items. Pending their investigation, a refund/replacement will be issued.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must email clear photos of the damage for evaluation. If the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be provided.
